After WW2 the Screaming Eagles were called upon during the Korean, Vietnam and Iraq conflicts. Today the US 101st Air Assault Division still has a Bastogne Brigade, honoring the Screaming Eagles most famous stand in the Divisional History. This item is commercially made and brand new.

Otherwise known as the Stiletto knife, and most famously issued to the Commandos, it is just what they need in close quarter, one to one combat. The knife was developed by Captains Fairbairn and Sykes in 1940. They had both served with the Shanghai Municipal Police and were experienced in martial arts which influenced the type of knife they considered the Commandos needed. Sykes idea was to create a knife that should be used delicately with surgical precision - ''as an artist uses his paint brush''. This classic design is what they came up with. This knife is made in Sheffield by the by the only remaining company authorised to use the name legitimately, and they have been making them since they were first introduced.
